Hugh O. Allen

I was born before the Second World War to a family tracing its military roots and political roots back to the Civil War and its moral and governmental roots back to the Mayflower. I graduated from the University of Idaho in 1964 with a degree in political science. I fought the Vietnam War and then entered McGeorge College of Law which would soon become the law school for University of the Pacific.

I graduated from McGeorge in June of 1970, passed the bar and was admitted to the practice in January 1971. In the same year, I opened a private practice in Sacramento offering family law services.

I became a certified family law specialist in July of 1980. My practice has included all kinds of family law matters.
